Failure at our hosting provider's datacenter

Early this morning, storms in the Phoenix area (United States) caused power fluctuations at the datacenter where our platform is hosted. The fluctuations knocked out the cooling system and, to prevent overheating, the equipment was shut down in a controlled manner.

The failure affects more than 5,000 servers and thousands of companies besides TLF. This is not a problem with our platform, but an outage in our hosting provider's infrastructure.

Because the shutdown was controlled rather than a crash, your data and your balance are preserved. Our team is monitoring the recovery in real time and will run a full verification of the platform before reopening access.
